Role Overview:



As a Private Client Solicitor at CV-Library, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of private client cases, specializing in Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to contribute to the growth and development of the firm while building relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



* Advise clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
* Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including Probate applications, Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection applications
* Confidently support other team members and provide mentorship when needed
* Participate in business development and networking activities to expand the client base
* Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the firm

Requirements:



* Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
