Clinical Lead for Occupational Well-being

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and make a significant impact on workplace health. The ideal candidate will have expertise in occupational health, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting best practices in workplace well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct site visits to assess workplace conditions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage complex cases related to occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and employers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement wellness programs.
Requirements:
- Fellow or Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (F/MFOM) or recognized postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine or Health.
- Experience working within an Occupational Health role in public and private sectors.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
