Staff Partners Nursing is seeking Registered General Nurses (RGNs) with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will be based in Exeter, providing services to patients across various wards at a hospital with diverse specialities.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide compassionate and competent patient care aligned with current evidence-based practices.
- Promote health and healing by observing, monitoring, and evaluating patient well-being.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including specialist nurses, doctors, physios, occupational therapists, and social workers, as well as overseeing healthcare assistants, nursing associates, and students to ensure patient needs are met.
- Safeguard patients' rights and interests.
- Develop a trusting care environment by demonstrating sensitivity and energy.
- Prior experience in an acute hospital setting or nursing home is highly valued.
- Competitive hourly rates (£18-£25 per hour) commensurate with experience.
- Weekly pay provides timely financial support.
