About the Role

As a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, you will be an integral part of our dynamic teams across various settings, including community hospitals, outpatient clinics, and patients' own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in Northern, Eastern, and Mid Devon, where you can make a real difference in people's lives.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent patient care, with a desire to learn and develop their skills. No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we offer comprehensive training and induction programmes to support your growth. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of settings, from acute hospitals to community locations, and develop your skills in providing personal care, promoting nutritional needs, and assisting in recovery and recuperation.

This role offers a competitive salary, starting at £20,500 per annum, rising to £26,200 after 12 months, based on performance and progression along the salary scale. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be able to commit to working a minimum of hours per week, with flexibility to cover shifts, including short shifts, day shifts, and night shifts. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
