We are seeking a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Nationwide Platforms, based at our depot in East London. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role provides an exciting opportunity to maximise revenue and profit against agreed targets through predominantly outbound telephone account management and the development of both the existing customer base and new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
