Salary: £40,000 basic + uncapped commission scheme, estimated total earnings potential of £80,000+.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering innovative digital solutions across the MENA region. You will inherit a well-established portfolio of qualified leads and build on existing relationships while uncovering new opportunities.
- Extensive travel to the MENA region to meet clients, attend events, and build strong, face-to-face relationships
- Manage existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the region
- Sell across a diverse portfolio of digital solutions, media products, and flagship events
Key Responsibilities:
You will use a consultative approach to design bespoke campaigns that align with client objectives and maximize ROI. You will work closely with internal teams to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in B2B media sales, ideally within the tech sector or MENA market
- Consultative, creative sales approach with ability to sell across multiple platforms
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the MENA region
