Job Title: Head of Programme Administration and Assessments

Located in London, ICMP is a leading institution in contemporary music education, with a global reputation and a commitment to excellence.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Programme Administration and Assessments team, providing exceptional support to students and academics.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in higher education, with experience in programme administration, assessment, and student services. They will be able to lead and develop a team, working closely with Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems, and Academic teams to ensure effective student and programme support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Programme Administration and Assessments team, ensuring excellent customer service to students and academics.
  • Oversee the execution of effective student and programme support, working closely with Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems, and Academic teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student services and programme administration, ensuring alignment with ICMP's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Registry leadership team to shape the future of ICMP and support our application for indefinite Degree Awarding Powers (DAPs).

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in programme administration, assessment, and student services.
  • Excellent knowledge of higher education sector, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies.
  • Ability to work closely with Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems, and Academic teams to ensure effective student and programme support.
  • Experience in data management, running Examination Boards, and leading projects and workstreams.
