Marketing Operations Manager for Localised Business Growth

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Hollywood Bowl Group, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by supporting different sites and centres within the organisation. With your expertise in local marketing support, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Regional Managers and Centre Managers, attending regional meetings to update on marketing initiatives, and being their go-to person in marketing.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience of working with the full marketing mix, including management of external agencies such as print, creative, PR, content, budget management experience, excellent project management and organisational skills, agency management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding and experience of marketing strategy and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Regional Managers and Centre Managers
- Attend regional meetings to update on marketing initiatives
- Analyse performance and report on the performance of local marketing activity
- Lead marketing activity for new centre openings and centre refurbs
- Own and develop the marketing support toolkit for centres
- Own marketing briefs for centre managers and their teams
- Manage programme of PR activity through the PR agency
