The Opportunity Hub UK is a boutique PR agency specializing in music industry communications. We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance PR Assistant Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative PR professional to provide administrative support to our team, assist in media outreach campaigns, and conduct research on industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide seamless operations and efficient workflow support to our PR consultants.
  • Media Outreach: Assist in coordinating media outreach campaigns, handling press materials, and correspondence.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on media contacts, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic PR initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling press releases, bios, and promotional materials with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm innovative PR strategies and contribute fresh ideas to client campaigns.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications.
  • Music Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of traditional media landscapes and PR principles, coupled with a genuine passion for music.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to navigate software with ease and efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
