A leading local authority in Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced and skilled candidate to fill the role of a Housing Review Officer.

This position requires an individual with detailed knowledge of Part VI and VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended).

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out statutory reviews under Section 202 of the Housing Act 1996.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will work closely with the local authority team, attending office sessions one day a week.
