Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Operations Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects on Mapletree's commercial assets across the UK and Ireland.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a technical professional with strong project management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors to deliver projects flawlessly
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Support the budgeting process and track expenses
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver capital asset enhancement/upgrade projects, tenant improvement works, and fit-out projects
  • Develop and implement necessary works processes and project delivery procedures
  • Control projects and support contracts on-site to ensure high-quality work
  • Risk manage and quality control projects and other support activities
  • Assist Asset Managers and Property Managers with fit-out projects and tenant move-in/move-out procedures
  • Procure service contracts and liaise with relevant service providers
  • Ensure operations are consistent with asset objectives and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Possess a technical qualification in construction, mechanical, or electrical disciplines with strong project experience in the office/commercial industry
  • Possess a recognized qualification in project management
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical/project management with proven experience of managing project managers
  • Strong planning, communication skills, and good interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously
  • Professional working levels of English are essential for this role

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
