  • Manage Credits & Refunds: Oversee credit note and refunds process with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle Banking Transactions: Take charge of daily and weekly cash uploads, ensuring all cash is allocated correctly.
  • Monitor Cashflow: Regularly update and review cashflow forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis to stay financially on track.
  • Month-End Reporting: Lead month-end process, ensuring accounts are closed accurately for debtor reporting.
  • Maintain Records: Keep Central Process File up to date, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with residents, families, external agencies, and colleagues for smooth operations.

About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Credit Account Manager to join our team at CCG Head Office. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing credits and refunds, handling banking transactions, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining accurate records.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process credit notes and refunds efficiently and accurately.
  • Take charge of daily and weekly cash uploads, ensuring correct allocation.
  • Regularly update and review cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability.
  • Lead month-end reporting process to ensure accurate debtor reporting.
  • Maintain precise records in the Central Process File.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
