Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and sales expertise to our clients in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and sales expertise to clients in the HVAC sector, including the selection and quotation of AHUs, AC units, Chillers, and Heat Pumps.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Conduct site inspections and sizing of residential heat pumps, and provide technical support to clients.
  • Review and provide feedback on tender documents and drawings received from clients or consultants.
  • Prepare submittals and provide ongoing customer support throughout the ordering and delivery process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of Heat Pumps and AHUs.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
