Sales Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by combining technical expertise with effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our client's air conditioning product line
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, understanding technical specifications and translating them into viable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the technical features and benefits of our client's air conditioning solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to customise air conditioning solutions to meet their specific needs, incorporating technical details into tailored proposals
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients with varying levels of technical understanding, ensuring clarity and building confidence in the company's end solutions
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Refrigeration or HVAC experience is desirable
  • Equipment sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Ability to work closely with the project and application teams to align technical solutions with client expectations
  • Oversee and ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to project implementation, collaborating with project delivery team
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide accurate forecasting of new and future business, using CRM and other internal systems to track customer and sales activity
