Accounting Professional Wanted

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Malvern. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, managing staff, and reporting to the Directors.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record in an Accounts Manager role or similar, with strong knowledge of payroll, VAT, and HMRC regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills to manage both financial processes and team development.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero and BrightPay is highly beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A performance-based £3,000 bonus after one year.
