About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives;
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters, ensuring accurate and reliable financial information;
  • Managing and mentoring junior members of the Finance team;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards;
  • Participating in budget preparation and forecasting;
  • Assisting with performance analysis;
  • Engaging with external auditors;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably ACA/ACCA qualified;
  • Demonstrated experience in team management;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Positive, inquisitive, and empathetic attitude;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • A people-oriented individual with a drive to mentor and foster team growth;
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, holiday entitlement, and pension scheme.
