Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and CIS submissions, processing payrolls weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, calculating statutory payments and RTI submissions for starters and leavers, and ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment pension deductions.

About the Role:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be working closely with clients to ensure payroll data accuracy and resolving queries. You will also be responsible for uploading pension contributions and starters to pension portals, checking HMRC payments, and ensuring timely payments. In addition, you will collaborate with other departments for timely payroll information and support clients with payroll system management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
