Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Management Expert to join our finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of our purchase ledger, including checking and processing supplier invoices, reconciling company credit card statements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking and processing supplier invoices, ensuring VAT compliance and adherence to customer policies
  • Reconciliation of company credit card
  • Providing excellent customer service within a fast-paced office environment
  • Supporting the improvement of operating procedures and systems, and being adaptable to change
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Computer literate with good data input skills
  • Knowledge of a financial accounting package
