Job Overview

Bell Group is seeking a highly motivated Sustainable Property Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Building Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our head offices and facilities, ensuring all systems are in top shape.
  • ESG Leadership: Support our waste management program and manage vital ESG data to keep our sustainability goals on track.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure our buildings adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing policies and training staff on best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with external contractors to ensure high standards of service and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Help manage operating budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency plans, acting as a key contact during crises.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel and QLIK (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent organisational skills when managing multiple small jobs.
  • Passionate about the environment and legal compliance.
What We Offer
  • $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
