As we continue to strive for excellence, we are now seeking a highly skilled Key Account Director for Luxury Hospitality to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, building relationships, and creating engaging marketing strategies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the luxury hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of marketing channels. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive bookings.
  • Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms, email, and printed communications.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels and write compelling newsletters about upcoming events.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends and adjust marketing activities accordingly to maximize traffic and engagement.
  • Conduct research on potential projects and assist in their development.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Natural creativity and excellent communication skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
