Nursery Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Bright Horizons Poppetts Nursery team in delivering outstanding care to children. The successful candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and experience within an Early Years leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance
- Work in partnership with Recruitment and HR to ensure the nursery is fully recruited and has a diverse workforce
- Role model and mentor the nursery team to ensure the highest quality early childhood practice and experience for all children
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage safeguarding and child protection policies
- Work with the Regional Director, Finance, and Marketing teams to identify and implement commercial plans and strategies to deliver FTE growth within the nursery
