About This Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our eLab team as a Digital Business Growth Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving online business growth across European BUs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to deliver strategic initiatives and drive business results.

Our Expectations
- Create a strategic direction, gain stakeholder buy-in and deliver the strategy to grow revenue and online KPIs
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business results
- Drive business growth through data-driven decision making and analysis

What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Bonus scheme offering up to £10,000 per annum, based on individual performance
