Commercial Air Conditioning Technician - London M25 - £45,000

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity to join a prominent national maintenance service provider, which is seeking to enhance its team by bringing in a skilled Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to deliver exceptional service on a commercial contract around the M25.

As part of the existing mobile maintenance team, you will be engaged in both service and breakdown tasks related to air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Performing duties on various systems including split systems, VRV's, VAV's, VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Utilizing electrical knowledge to enhance service delivery.
  • Applying extensive knowledge of building services.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 17:00 pm.

Essential Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum).
  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desirable).
  • Fgas 2079 Cat 1 certification (essential).
  • Experience in a maintenance or facilities management setting.
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations, permit to work procedures, and safe working systems.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Participation in an on-call rota.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency with mobile devices.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a full driver's license.
  • Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check.
