CBW Staffing Solutions is currently in search of an Air Conditioning Technician to perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance within a public sector framework in London. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of Facilities Management and demonstrate a successful history in commercial property maintenance.

This role is perfect for an Air Conditioning Technician currently in a comparable position who is eager for career advancement. The company offers a competitive remuneration package along with potential pathways for professional growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Primary responsibilities include servicing and maintaining split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Electrical expertise is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building services is essential.
Qualifications
  • AC certification - City & Guilds Level 2 (Mandatory)
  • F-Gas certification (Mandatory)
  • Ability to provide verification of trade qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Effective communication skills
  • Client-facing experience
