Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals to our schools and colleges across the UK.

About the Role

As Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities, managing a team of chefs, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary services
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our customers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or college setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
