Lead Educator for Early Career Teachers

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or experienced teacher at a school in Southwark. This role involves teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, where you'll inspire students and create a positive learning environment.
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, Paid to Scale, Full-Time, Monday – Friday.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have QTS or PGCE, experience in a primary teaching role, strong organisational and communication skills, and ability to inspire and engage students in learning. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, along with the right to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
- Inspire and motivate children to reach their potential.
- Tailor lessons to address varying learning abilities and needs.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively for a safe learning environment.
- Assess and report on student progress and development.
