Position Overview

As a Trainee Site Management Assistant, you will play a vital role within our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd. This position is designed for individuals eager to embark on a career in construction management, providing a comprehensive understanding of the building process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Coordination: Assist in the organization of material orders and deliveries, ensuring efficient site operations.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate drawing registers and perform daily inspections to uphold project standards.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Support the site manager in enforcing health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Help monitor construction work to meet the high-quality standards expected by our organization.
Training and Development

During your apprenticeship, you will receive funding for a Construction Support Technician qualification, enhancing your industry knowledge and skills. Additional training opportunities include:

  • Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • CSCS Card acquisition
