This is an exciting opportunity to join Churchill Living Ltd as an Apprentice Assistant Site Manager, supporting the Commercial and Construction team in our Southeast region. As a key member of the site team, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire build programme from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team with tasks such as coordinating orders and deliveries of materials to site, maintaining drawing registers, and carrying out daily inspections.
- Assist the site manager to ensure standards of Health and Safety are maintained, that all work is kept on programme, and that all construction work is delivered to the specification and high quality that we expect.
Whilst working with us, you will be funded through the Construction Support Technician apprenticeship, to help develop your knowledge of construction and provide the skills you will need to set you up for success and progress your career. In addition, you will be put onto a Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme and supported to gain your CSCS card.
Qualifications and Benefits- On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will gain the following qualifications: Construction Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, BTEC level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment, Site Manager Safety Training Scheme, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card.
