Graduate Trainee Commercial Insurance Broker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at Amber Employment Services. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and support, including the opportunity to study for and complete Chartered Insurance Institute examinations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our business, working closely with industry experts and developing your skills and knowledge in commercial insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our office
  • Liaising with clients and insurer partners to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
  • Issuing accurate and timely documentation to clients and insurer partners
  • Managing diary systems to ensure all critical tasks are completed on time
  • Studying and completing Chartered Insurance Institute examinations to enhance your knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • An inquisitive mind eager to learn and grow in the field of commercial insurance
  • A Graduate Degree, with a minimum of grade 5 GCSE passes in English and Maths
