Location: West Byfleet, Surrey
Hours: Full-time, Permanent, Office-based.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Commercial Insurance Broker. As a trainee, you'll receive full support and training, including the chance to study for and complete Chartered Insurance Institute examinations. You’ll find a supportive environment that encourages growth and development. This is not just a job; it’s the start of a rewarding career with the potential to work alongside industry leaders and eventually manage your portfolio of clients.
This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the business, working closely with some of the industry’s top authorities in their field.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
* Providing administrative support to colleagues
* Liaising with Clients and Insurer partners verbally, online, and in person
* Issuing accurate and timely documentation to Clients and Insurer partners
* Managing diary systems to ensure all critical tasks are completed on time
* Studying and completing Chartered Insurance Institute examinations
As your knowledge and experience grow, so will your responsibilities.
What we’re looking for:
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills
* A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
* An inquisitive mind eager to learn and grow
* Previous business experience is beneficial but not essential
* A Graduate Degree, with a minimum of grade 5 GCSE passes in English and Maths
