Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Coffee Bar Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our coffee bar. Your key responsibilities will include serving drinks, sandwiches, and snacks, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and supporting the department in achieving our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and refreshments
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet sales targets
* Assist with event support and catering, as required

Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Basic digital skills, including proficiency in email and basic computer software
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
