We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Nike. As a key member of our retail leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer experiences, leading and coaching your team, and driving sales growth in your department.

Job Summary

The Floor Manager will lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales results. This role will also be responsible for managing daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of Nike's brand values and retail strategies
  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, trends, and promotions
  • Coach and develop team members, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and training, to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
