About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Pillar Partnership. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across commercial, hotels, and student accommodation sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with designers, quantity surveyors, planners, and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial, hotels, and student accommodation sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • MCIOB chartership or relevant construction qualification/ university degree.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, bonus, and 30 days annual leave.
