Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Construct Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end residential refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of high-end residential refurbishment projects, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential refurbishment projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • SMSTS and First Aid certification.
