Maintenance Engineer Position

Recruit Mint is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in St Neots. This is a permanent position requiring the maintenance and repair of process equipment.
Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of maintenance to achieve factory performance goals.
- Ensure electrical setup and production support are performed efficiently.
- Fault-find and repair breakdowns promptly.
- Aware of factory safety issues and work safely at all times.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks.
- Carry out fabrication and installation of Plant and Machinery under supervision.
Person Specification:
- Recognised Mechanical apprenticeship (City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience with Production equipment and maintenance in a diverse factory environment.
- Good diagnostic skills.
- Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Computer literate (stores systems and Maintenance Management Systems).
Working Hours:
This role involves working 1758 hours per annum. The shift pattern consists of 143 rostered 12 hours and 15 minutes shifts, including training sessions.
