Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our warehouse and shipping team at KES Solutions UK Limited. As a Warehouse and Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and shipping department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock control and warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock
  • Loading and unloading of deliveries, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Experience of using a computer ERP system for stock control purposes, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Forklift truck driving, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency
  • Preparing and packing orders for dispatching, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Administration for all aspects of shipping, including processing incoming orders and booking them to stock
  • Working within a small team to meet order dispatch deadlines, with a focus on collaboration and communication

Requirements:

  • Forklift truck experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency
  • Reasonable administrative experience, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, with a focus on using ERP systems for stock control purposes
  • Good communication skills, with a focus on working effectively with other departments

Working Hours:

The basic shift is primarily between 12:00pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to partially cover earlier shifts when necessary, within a reasonable notice period.
