Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the requisition assembly process, ensuring customer requirements are met, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Planning and Site Managers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the warehouse and stores area is maintained in a safe, tidy, and secure manner.
  • Load and unload vehicles, as required.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
