Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Manager

At Energizer, we're committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. As a Warehouse Shipping Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, administration, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products to customers and other Energizer entities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor correctness of data entries/inventory to ensure accuracy and implement actions needed to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Manage international shipping operations, including coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
  • Ensure all documents for international shipments comply with applicable laws & regulations and that the guidelines received from Trade Compliance team on export regulations are followed.
  • Recruit, provide orientation/onboarding, supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency targets are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills in warehouse operations, international shipping, and SAP usage.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure warehouse operations are compliant.

Requirements:

  • Previous Warehouse Management experience.
  • Experienced SAP user.
  • Experience of Export/Customs documentation preparation.
  • Excellent PC skills – Excel/Word.
