About the Role
Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Project Communications Manager to join our team as we embark on a multi-year journey to transform and optimize our business capabilities through SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
- Collaborate with project leadership, change management, and corporate communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication channels.
- Create and disseminate communication materials, including reports, updates, and training resources, to support the transformation effort.
- Provide guidance and support to workstreams and regional teams on communication best practices and governance.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic communications planning, organizational analysis, corporate communications, or communications project/program implementation.
- Proven track record of creating clear and impactful communication content and setting up effective communication processes and governance.
- Ability to direct and coach team members, partner with leaders, and influence outcomes.
- Experience working with communication and content creation tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and ability to handle complexity and work across different geographies and cultures.
