Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, serving as the day-to-day point of contact, providing superior customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-quality communications programmes, setting the standard in quality and client services.
  • Coordinate and oversee the development of effective communications materials/campaigns through thorough briefing and excellent management of internal and external suppliers.
  • Create and implement comprehensive project plans, budget trackers, and timelines that align with client goals and business objectives for lasting partnerships and success.
  • Measure and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and client data.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts.
  • Ensure excellent quality control from your account teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the health sector.
  • Experience managing large account portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science.
  • Interest or qualification in nutrition/dietetics desirable but not essential.
