We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our clients' team of carers, providing essential support to elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes. By working with us, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life.

As a Caring Support Worker, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £31,240 per annum for full-time (40 hours) or £12,100 for part-time (16 hours), with opportunities for overtime. You will also receive:

Job Description

As a Caring Support Worker, your duties will include:




  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing companionship and support
  • Helping with medication administration, with training provided
  • Accompanying clients on appointments, outings, and shopping trips
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle, with company cars available
  • Flexibility to work shifts (7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm) and alternate weekends


Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
