Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at RJS Resourcing Ltd. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals with dementia and palliative care needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use care software
