Job Title: Digital Marketing and CRM Manager

Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing/CRM Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Lead to support the business in executing their sales and marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company and their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage and optimize CRM activities to increase engagement and drive enquiries and conversions.
  • Continually analyze user behavior and recommend improvements to increase response/sales.
  • Drive growth through wider digital marketing activities, such as SEO, PPC, and remarketing.
  • Optimize the website and user experience to drive enquiries and conversions.
  • Oversee the management of a potential new website.
  • Manage required platform integrations and proactively suggest others to streamline and enhance processes/sales.
  • Measure and report weekly on all digital marketing activities against set KPIs and targets.

Person Specification:

  • Results-driven and passionate about digital marketing.
  • Proven career experience in digital marketing, including leading and managing SEO, marketing databases/CRM, and email campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress and website development, including optimizing landing pages and user navigation.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
