This role involves working collaboratively with a Senior Marketing Manager to deliver and activate marcomms campaigns worldwide, supporting the implementation of our marketing and communications plan globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. They should be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities">
  • Support the delivery of the overall strategy for Healthcare marketing and project-manage resulting campaigns
  • Support the production and proof-reading of publications, articles, and press releases
  • Liaise with external design providers regarding the production of internal and external materials
  • Create and maintain a traffic management and filing system to ensure smooth workflow and manage competing demands
  • Assist in developing and distributing marketing collateral, such as event invitations, emails, and thought leadership, testing prior to release and running reports on receipt
  • Assist with online events, including event logistics in advance of and on the day
  • Facilitate the placement of Healthcare content on Ipsos' online platforms, including website and social networks
  • Support the implementation of PR campaigns and liaison with media representatives
  • Maintain and develop quality relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of seniority
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and great proofreading skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to deal with multiple projects at any one time
