About the Role

Celestra is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Centre Supervisor to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Configuration Centre, ensuring that our technicians are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of our Configuration Centre, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Work closely with our Configuration Manager to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with our Quality Team to ensure that our processes are adhered to and that our quality standards are met.
  • Act as a liaison between our Configuration Centre and our Warehouse team, ensuring that stock movements are managed efficiently.
  • Generate and analyse reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in the IT sector, configuration, or EPOS sector with exposure to a multitude of networking, hardware, and software deployments.
  • Technical knowledge of Wireless Technologies and general Wireless principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physically capable able to move sometimes heavy items (such as Printers / UPSs).
  • Microsoft Office Literate including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Be adaptive and flexible demonstrating a can do attitude to a range of tasks.
