About the Role

We are seeking three Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our well-established Primary Care Network (PCN) in Gateshead Central South. Our PCN comprises eight GP practices, serving over 60,000 patients with diverse healthcare needs.

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work across the PCN, with the possibility of being mainly allocated to three practices. You will be patient-facing, with the opportunity to work in a central hub and provide cross-cover during holiday times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing minor illnesses and chronic diseases
  • Conducting ECGs and participating in administrative systems
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records
  • Attending and participating in practice/PCN meetings

We are looking for individuals with the necessary Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification and independent prescribing skills. This is a full-time position, with a salary dependent on experience.
