Sales Representative

About the Role:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing key clinical and procurement relationships within hospitals, typically working with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, ODPs, and theatre staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key clinical and procurement relationships within hospitals
- Work with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, ODPs, and theatre staff to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide product training and support to ensure successful implementation
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building
Requirements:
- Proven track record selling into or working within theatre/surgical environments
- Experience in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, MaxFax, or ENT will be an advantage
- Documented new business success and a strong ability to build relationships
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points and ability to travel
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary: £40,000 to £55,000
- Commission: £22,000
- Fully expensed BMW 3 Series
