Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Resources Assistant to join our team at Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group.

About the Role: As a Learning Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning resources to our students. You will work closely with our academic teams to develop and maintain resources that meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of learning resources, including textbooks, online materials, and multimedia resources.
  • Work with academic teams to identify resource needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that resources are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the needs of our learners.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and other stakeholders.
