About This Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive and other senior staff members in our Port Operations department.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have excellent administrative skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Executive and other senior staff members.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, managing calendars and diaries.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A full UK Driving License (preferred but not essential).
