Senior Quality Assurance Auditor

The Senior Quality Assurance Auditor plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Boohoo Group products meet defined quality standards set by Product Technology/ Product Safety & Compliance to guarantee that products held out for sale are safe, fit for purpose, and legally compliant in the markets in which we retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide intake auditors in providing training, direction, and support to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Conduct post-shipment inspections and targeted audits generated by returns analysis and customer complaints to verify product quality.
  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards with clear and concise descriptions.
  • Record inspection results accurately and promptly in designated systems or forms, generating detailed reports for communication.
  • Analyse quality data and trends to drive informed decision-making, generate detailed reports, and suggest corrective actions to management.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including production, design, and sourcing to address quality concerns and provide feedback.
  • Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
About You
  • Proven experience in quality control within the fashion industry, with a track record of managing and leading quality control teams.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to product quality and safety.
